OK, so there's really only one thing i love more than fashion right now, and that's baseball. We've already got a thread on baseball so i decided to create a thread here where we could post pictures of our favorite fashion designs. personally j'adore Valentino and Elie Saab couture, so i will be posting a lot of their stuff to get the ball rolling, here is my favorite piece from Valentino HC Fall 2004, worn by none other than Karolina Kurkova:

My personal story: I normally refuse to spend more than $50 on a pair of jeans because a)I'm poor from buying too much impractical/useless stuff like lingerie and swimsuits and additions for my Adriana collection and b)I always ruin my jeans somehow so I like wearing "cheaper" brands like AE, Hollister, Express (not that cheap for me!) so I don't have to worry about them. So I kind of dismissed designer jeans as an "in my dreams" sort of thing, but lately I've sort of gotten sucked in against my will. I was given a pair of Hudson jeans, and though I had to get them hemmed, I love them SO MUCH. So I wanted to hear some other girls' (or guys') opinions. Do you think d…

In order to meet the demand for their leather bags, Hermes has succumbed to breeding crocodiles on Australian farms for the sole purpose of becoming accessories. Customers have been known to wait for years for Hermes bags which can cost up to $50,000!!! "It can take three to four crocodiles to make one of our bags so we are now breeding our own crocodiles on our own farms, mainly in Australia," says Patrick Thomas, chief executive of the luxury line. "Hermes already faces a major challenge producing 3,000 crocodile bags a year. The world is not full of crocodiles, except the stock exchange!" ----- Thoughts? IMO this is absolutely disgusting and disturbing! Hermes can fuc…

Yeah so... I just found a part time gig at the mall. I hate the mall but I thought it was worth it for the 70% discount on European designer clothing. I love the men's line. I look decent in almost everything in the store! Well.... that's pretty much any store but it actually looks better on me than on the models! The shirts are fitted and stuff so it works with my v-taper (broader shoulders and narrow waist) Here are the sites: Benetton Sisley

Since everyone was talking about handbags and in the shoe thread, I decided to start a Handbag thread. I'm a big handbag whore. I own a million of them. Last year, I got into designer handbags and I currently have over $1,000 invested in designer handbags. I'll post pictures of my collection later.

Because we're dumb, because we want to be accepted, because we want to fit in, because we're copy-cats, that's why we become like everyone else - riding the trend-wave. What fad do you refuse to follow? It could be clothing or a lifestyle thing, whatever.. anything you can think of that everyone is doing. - in my case, clothing wise, I hate that everyone has a puma bag or shoes .. no offense, but if you have a pair - so does everyone else.. makes you feel special doesn't it!?

Well as the title says.. http://www.yoox.com/item.asp?sec=1&YOO...;sts=sr_women80 She's kinda tall & slim, like 175 cm/5'9 or whatever it is. So I doubt the the whole scarf-collar thingy will make her look stuffy. I wanted to buy a personal gift for once, you know? Not just a Spa-treatment etc. What do you think? Yes/No? Should I keep looking?

I truly believe in the power of self-Confidence, I think you could be gorgeous but if your selfconfidence in underground, then everyone will see you the same way you see yourself. And the same happens when you love yourself and you show it. I personaly like guys who has a good level of confidence, guys who know and are sure of what they're sayin and what they are! I love it, I find it quite sexy! But I hate it when they push it farther and their confidence starts being ridiculous (this happens more in us, the girls). 3 years ago I was pretty... I had no confidence, and no guy would ever ever look at me like that. When I decided to chance and etc... I started accepting me…

Found these recipes in nivea.com and did actually the first one yesterday and my face is so like baby skin anyway thought I should share this For dry skin: Mix two teaspoons of NIVEA Creme(like liquid) with one fresh egg yolk and one teaspoon of olive oil. Stir together until paste is pale yellow and smooth. Apply immediately on face, neck and décolleté leaving out area around eyes. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and feel how your skin is pleasantly relaxing. Take off with cleansing tissues. For tired and wide-pored skin try: Mix two teaspoons of NIVEA Creme with one teaspoon of curd and stir until mixture is smooth, then add 10 drops of lemon juice. Apply immediat…

I am not exactly sure where to place this topic but I thought this is a good place for anyone who is like me that is just confused, frustrated, completely in love, completely in hate, has positive and negative things to say about men, or have no clue how to read men sometimes. This is not all about love and sex with the opposite sex but just thoughts someone may have about men. And it would be better to not use actual names if you are upset, though tempting to smoother an ex on the internet, its not really recommended. And if men actually find themself in this topic.. please intervene if someone posts something you may want to address, but as the rules of the site state…

Why do so many perfectly beautiful women get them? Why do a lot of girls go too big when they opt for breast enlargement? (If you go too big, they become obviously fake. This might be a matter of taste, but I never thought obviously silicone enhanced breasts were all that appealing) Did any of you ever consider it and why (not)? FWIW, I never heard any man say "she'd be beautiful if she upped her cup size". Basically, as shallow as we may seem, it factors fairly low on our list of demands. Well, for most of us anyway.

I've just started this blog: http://www.let-them-rock.blogspot.com I think it's interesting to show you guys how celeb intepret fashion. I hate the fact the fashion world thinks that only tall white skinny girls are the only ones who can pull off a look. It's cruel but that's life. Agree?
