Cricket is a very English and measured game and, as such, is largely neglected by the US. This I intend to rectify by producing this flashy little thread. There is currently a series of Test matches between England (ranked no.2) and Australia (ranked no.1) called the Ashes, which England have lost to varying degrees over the past 10 years or so. i was wondering what kind of plan (if any!) you do... my plan is a every other day type of thing. i lift one day and then i do cardio (at least try to force myself) the other DAY1: back and shoulders DAY2: rest/some cardio DAY3: chest, abs, and legs DAY4: rest/some cardio DAY5: arms DAY6: rest/some cardio DAY7: freebie supplements: 100% whey protein 120g/day optimum nutrition creaetine ~5-8mg/day doesn't ale only work out like once a month!? that's crazy

Years begore, I went everyday at gym and I enjoyed. But last 7 months I couldn't go and I decide walk everyday 1 or 2 hours, special cold days, somedays, long excursions to beach, mountain or leaving cv to work. I feel really healthy, and slimmer. Maybe not perfect body, but good and nice. What do you think about long walks like exercise or sport?

Mourinho confirms Khedira pursuit Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has confirmed the club would like to sign Stuttgart midfielder Sami Khedira.
