Hi, good people, I was reading some people do some cirugies like liposuction or lipoesculture, but not always they have obesity, bad genetical or several physical health problems. Sometimes, the problem is solved with some diet, exercise and/or changing habbits. Cirugy can be a risk and not all people are prepare to change food habbits, or less to eat some types.of it. What do you think about it?

To be honest, I adore High Heels of all type, but for some reason i can not stand to walk in them or be in them for more than five minutes. I've tried gels for the shoes, and I am still in a lot of pain. so how do you girls deal with High Heels? Obviously , I don't deal too well but i want to, i love heels of all types! hey guys, so quick story: I got my helix pierced three days ago (the classic cartilage piercing on the ear) and it hurts like a bitch. It's a bit red and swollen and I've been disinfecting it with anti-bacterial solutions as my piercer said. There is no blood or anything else, it's just really really really sore. Is it normal? Any tips to make it heal in the right way?
