Then select and go down to the options section, select Manage Ignored Users. Add the members who you want to put on the list and hit the update list button/tab. If you should stumble upon a post by someone you've blocked, you'll be given the option of clicking a link to see said content, which looks a little something like this... I don't care to make that a trend, so I'll simply say multiple accounts, harassing several members not previously known to report such issues and total disregard for several general rules. Its worth mentioning as well that no member has ever been given as many chances for the same infractions.
