You're welcome.

I try to have multiple alternatives for proteins, carbs, and vegetables. I try to eat half of an avocado per day too.

If you really like peanut butter try eating an apple with a teaspoon of peanut butter to stave off your cravings. @ILUVAdrianaLima is right about how bad the hydrogenated oils in peanut butter and other products are not good.

I'm going back to my old diet, which is devoid of any significant amount of calorie dense food (fat and sugar).  No pasta, cookie, pastries, or crackers. I eat a decent amount of fruits and vegetables & have (usually) lean protein twice a day.   Peanut butter is just too calorie dense and easy to overeat, lol.  I think the peanut buttered slices I ate had 250-300 calories just from the spread alone.

My friend, who has a body like Adonis (lol) takes his diet to extremes- He eats zero sugars and eats carbs only every other day.  This gives him a body with very low body fat.  All his meals have protein either from whey powder, nuts, or animal sources.

He follows the body building maxim of 1.5 grams of protein per pound- which is unhealthy for the liver long-term.  That' up to 250 grams of protein a day.

@Cult Icon stay away from hydrogenated oils completely. The process in which makes them so and for longer shelf life creates a molecule that is worrisome for your heart health.

I don't think I eat too much of this.  The peanut butter was my primary source of fats, and most of it is unsaturated.  I did get fried stuff from outside too much though and those vegetable oils are bad.

Quote

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Tennessee man has been convicted of killing his grandson in April 2014 in an argument over a steak.

The Commercial Appeal reports 65-year-old Harold Gray of Frayser was convicted last week of reckless homicide in Shelby County Criminal Court.

According to court records, Gray got into an argument with 31-year-old Anthony Morris about Morris looking at a steak in his refrigerator. Gray then stabbed Morris with a kitchen knife.

I'm fine with that, but you need to watch Arrested Development if you never have watched it before. :chicken:
