Just because you're pregnant doesn't mean you have to have a large belly at any point in the pregnancy. When Pheno was pregnant no one even knew till she was around 6/7 months because she simply didn't show. At nine months along she looked barely bigger then Behati does currently.  Her mother had a flat stomach for 95% of her pregnancy as did my mother.

 

Pregnancy and the way your body deals with it all comes down to genetics, diet and exercise... so no two pregnancy's are the same @MarVS 

Behati may not get much bigger then she currently is,  or she could balloon up in the 7th month.. who knows

Candice is still working out. Those girls will be working out until the baby pops out, and then probably hop right back onto the treadmill. Even Chrissy Teigen is posting her pregnancy workouts, and she's not exactly the poster child of fitness and health lifestyle like Candice.
