September 14, 20168 yr I think fashion models have NO IDEA how to workout without losing weight. They always have to drop 20/25 pounds when it's absolutely not necessary. When you are over weight you have to lose weight/fat and gain muscles but Kate was just untoned. I'd like to see her in bikini but I am afraid to
