CanLVS Posted September 20, 2016 Share Posted September 20, 2016 Hopefully its one of the last times she does the VSFS body training, I know a ton of the models cast in the show do it but you notice the older angels especially get to a point where they stop doing it and they still get toned as hell but don't have the crash diet look where it is a noticeable weight loss at 1 glance. Hopefully Elsa gets like that too shes walked the show enough and after this year will have enough of an angel status at the show to get toned as hell but keep her regular fitness routine which keeps her toned and fit. But I agree, I'm not usually a fan of anyone's VSFS body because things have gone to extremes the last few years. Elsa's "regular" body is out of this world and completely show ready.
