Great! Can't wait to witness Monica's robotic interviewing skills yet again!

It’s always such a mess. Can’t wait to see it. I don’t know if anyone really stood out to me, like @Prettyphile said I’ll need to see the show.

An idea i would implement if i worked at the vsfs: two pair of wings on the runway at the same time is strictly forbidden. looks aesthetically bad

Can't wait for the show! In the meantime, don't stop voting! :chicken:

Oh, Josephine… This is not the time to front and be all, “I can totally do it!” If you had any hesitations about the wings, you should have voiced them even if it was scary because you didn’t want them to take away the wings from you.

It's work I get it. You don't want to look "weak" and without propositive spirit in front of your "boss". I would have done the same.

If I was part of the design team and some model acted like she has no trouble moving with the wings on and then melted down on stage with both wings, I would not be keen on giving her any wings to wear in the future, maybe baby wings at the most. It’s better to address any issues during fittings or even to switch out the wings than make VS look bad on the runway in front of the audience.

Yeah, that's another story. She could have done better, what I'm saying is that it's not that easy to say "no" when the people you work for ask you to take a step forward in your job, which was the big wings for Jo this year.

Agreed! Especially she has always been given showstopping outfits.

It's surprising that Josephine cannot handle large wings.

She looks strong and she has the muscles to carry them IMO, maybe it was really heavy but the design looked light weight.

Other angels have no problems voicing out their opinions on their outfits and if the shoes are too high, wings are too heavy etc.

So Adriana was meant to open the show? If they did open with Nomadic?

Adriana was meant to open Punk and Candice Nomadic..but since it wasn't the last segment anymore Candice opened Punk and Adriana Nomadic

While I understand the hesitation, most employers (at least ones I’ve worked with) would be much happier with an employee that admitted a weakness or deficiency and THEN helped worked towards a situation rather than taking on more than they could handle and not executing the task properly.

Oh thanks! Didn't catch that

Just a fun fact about wings...

A friend of mine once said a standard VS wings could weigh up to about 10 pounds. On a 110 pounds model, even a 10 pounds wings can feel like it weighs 25 pounds. Honestly though, I'm not surprise Jo had issues wearing those Porcelain wings. They look like they were easily 25 pounds - 30 pounds. And if you follow the models' insta story, you'll notice they don't do a lot of back training. Just enough that it helps them maintain postures. Most of them train glutes, abs and their core. It's like putting a bag of books on to a child who can barely carry them.

Not surprising again, the heaviest wings usually come from Killer/Armando. Killer uses a lot of wire frames for her wings, Armando puts a lot of jewellery on to his. Pretty sure most Porcelain wings were designed by Serkan, but the one Jo worn might have had its base frame made by Killer.

Lmao her wings were not even close to 30lbs. The heaviest wings VS has ever done were Ale’s Passion wings and they were 30lbs and entirely made of metal and crystals.

The average wing is actually 4-8lbs, and for reference for this show- Elsa’s wing which was entirely covered in heavy crystals was only 14lbs and were said to be one of the heaviest wings.
