Blanca has grown on me after this interview.

I don't love any of the musicians they've selected for this year, but I don't absolutely hate them either (well, kind of Selena).

 

Then again, I don't know a lot of songs by The Weeknd - he seems to have a lot of fans, so I'm guessing he does have some good music. Interested to see his performance.

 

Rihanna is good with the right music - "Phresh Out the Runway" and "Diamonds" were perfect for the show the last time she performed. I'm guessing they'll be able to come up with something good for her. I'm not a fan of BBHMM, though.

 

Selena kind of has the right vibe for the show (at least for Pink), but the only song I've ever heard of hers that I've liked is "Come and Get It." Guessing she won't be performing that since it's from 2013. I find her really annoying and talentless generally, but she is pretty and sultry....also classier than many of her peers in the music industry.

 

All in all, these performers are a huge step up from Fall Out Boy, Hozier, and T-Swift.  I like Taylor, but not for VS. Ed Sheeran also wasn't right for VS, IMO. I did love Ariana Grande's performance, though.

Agreed. Ed Sheeran was so, so wrong for the show. And Lais' gestures during that segment were plain embarrassing and hard to watch. The models all looked bored as hell and the only thing that really caught my eye was Eniko's naughty star tattoos by her crotch. Amazing that VS/CBS didn't blur it out. Speaking of Eniko, I hope she's back this year. She's gorgeous and has a seriously smoking hot body.
