Some interesting insights by all you guys. Thing is, if VS cant market her as the new Candice, then I'm not sure how long she's gonna last with them, cause at THIS point she dont have much appeal other than that  :neo2:

VS' obsession with Taylor continues now they are posting her IG pics on their Tumblr.

Because she's wearing one of their swimsuits. Clothing brands always repost celebs in their clothes. VS has reposted several bloggers and other models IG pics when they're wearing VS suits.

To me the one that reminds me of Candice is Martha every now and then. I always used to mix them up when she first started doing VS.

I am talking about BZ members, at BZ forum, because I found it kinda funny that no long before people used to call every black-haired blue-eyed model "Adriana Look-Alike" and the same is happening with Candice now.

 

At BZ. Amongst BZ members. I hope I made that clear I kinda quoted wrong posts, because I was reacting more generally towards the latest comparisons of Romee to Candice, or Martha to Candice, or Stella to Candice

 

I guess the average consumer doesn´t care about Candice either. Or Adriana. Or whoever. Once an average consumer starts to care, he/she becomes a fan and will recognize his/her favourite model and tell her apart from anyone else and it works vice versa.

 

I have to admit, that I would get Lindsay and Erin and Candice confused when I first started hanging out here on BZ. So I get where you're coming about Candice and Romee.

not that much but people say that Solveig. looks like bregje plenty of time. I used think Romee look like candice but the more I see Romee the less resemblance I see. Now I think Romee & Candice don't look nothing like. Romee face is skinnier she's a natural blond. Candice nose is flatter & wider her face is wider & chubbier too.

I'm a big model fan and I'm not gonna lie: I've seen Romee in person many times in NYC and I ALWAYS think it's Candice for a split second. I think she looks a lot like Candice when she smiles.

^ +1 i'm also impatient they still haven't update that, it's annoying.. they still have Karlie, Lindsay and Doutzen listed as angels they should get things right i mean it's internet and social media

If I'm not wrong, I think they had Rosie on that list for like a year after she left them.

I have a theory that no matter what happens, girls stay on VSAA for the duration of their original contract regardless of whether or not they left/got kicked out early. That being said, they usually add new Angels in February/March so it's odd that Elsa and Jasmine haven't showed up on there yet.

Looks like VS signed Stella too? I'm starting to think they may have signed all the girls from the Swim Special.

SM [laughs] Well, it actually was a pretty special moment. My agent Ali Kavoussi at The Lions, he himself is an angel, and he called me and told me, "Babe I got some news for you!"  

Was there a surprise party?
SM It's really cool. They actually rent out the entire Disneyland Theme Park in California for an entire night so you can invite all of your closest friends to just hang. It's so amazing. No lines and all the rides are open. Ha! Just joking.    

Do all the Angels get along?
SM Of course. VS is a family. Everyone loves each other.     

I doubt they signed Joan, but I could easily see them adding Jac, Jasmine, Stella and Martha. I'm going to wait on more confirmation on Stella though, since magazines love to toss around the Angel title.

Sucks for Lais if those are the only girls they signed.

Yeah I forgot Joan was in there at all But I can see Jac, Jasmine, Stella & Martha all being under contract now. Agree that it does suck if Lais didn't get a contract but at this point I think she knows that ship has sailed.

WHAT? Stella an Angel? ok I'm done with VS if Matha and Stella are angels...

If there is true, I'm going to need VS to pair Jac and Elsa up for all their events. I wonder if Stella actually got an Angel contract, or if she was offered something like Lais' contract. I'm just not convinced VS would throw at contract at someone so quickly, since Karlie was kind of a special case imo. 

Obviously they didn't sign Joan and they are never gonna do it either, I still think they used her only because she's from Puerto Rico. But I can see them signing all the other girls, and all together. They're going through a lot of changes, I guess having new angels so soon is supposed to draw a lot of press, which never hurts obviously. And maybe that's why they haven't updated VSAA yet.
