I am not a fan of this editorial. all the girls look they took an overdose of xanax and they're ready to go to bed for 48h lol. Not a fan of the setting, make up and hair. I got the feeling of the ediorial (meaning they're angels and they don't need production to look good - based on what I see here, they do indeed). 

 

Also, I don't like the post production of the photoshoot. they don't give them make up but then they use a lot of airbrush in photoshop? I. don't. get. it.

But Lais in half of those pictures? that's a bit strange. And no solo shot of Elsa...

It's also weird that the first pic of those four, their dresses and color schemes are totally different from the rest if the editorial. All the girls look beautiful though, Lily's pic is my fav.

Bullocks! Her team is clearly gunning for that kontract. I can see her momager pulling all the strings. Lets be honest, a VS angel contract would be major for her.

If this is a joke, it's onr sick joke. If iy's not...oh well. i just never thought VS  could go lower that they've already have, but i guess it's highly possible.

High fashion spreads by VS models always look like that though. The Vogue spread with Chanel, Doutzen, Miranda, ALessandra and Adriana a few years ago wan't that much better.

Also, Kendall and VS want each other, the sky is blue and Cara will wear the fantasy bra, what else is new?

Did Candice's pictures suck too? Because she got one solo shot too. It makes no sense that the two biggest girls in VS (Adriana and Candice) both got one picture each and Lais walked away with four, especially considering that Lais shots are not that great either to begin with.

 

Overall the shoot is a mess tbh, bad styling all the way.

Maybe the bulk of Candice's didn't come out that great and the editors could only salvage a couple of shots? Even the most senior models have off days and shoots don't come out  the way editors would of liked. Also that looks to be the full editorial based on  how they ended the story/interview part, so unless there's a bunch of shots that came after the story then

 

If neither is an option then it's not a ringing endorsement for Candice, Adriana or Elsa.

Underwhelming.  But that's just me.

So Elsa went all the way to London to get a shot of her back printed in Vogue?

 

The editorial needs more solo shots of Adriana and Elsa! Would have been nice to see more groupings with Adriana/Candice/Elsa too.

 

Hard to believe that not even Demarchelier could take the angels and create useable shots.

They shot in NY. Elsa's mentioned a fair amount in the article though, so that's nice. I agree that the whole editorial is pretty underwhelming, but my expectations for it were probably too high to begin with. 

Did they shoot in two days btw? One day Adriana/Candice/Elsa/Lais and then Lily/Ale/Lais again? Maybe that's why Lais got more shots? It could have been a time constraint.
