Sometimes I think us guys get too much bad rep. I mean, the words "pervert" and "stalker" seemed to be thrown around way too much and casually from what I see. What can you do to prevent eyeliner from rubbing off onto the crease of your lid? I've tried liquid liners which never rub off but I prefer the smoky look that only pencil liners give but I hate it when the line I drew on my lashline ends up in the crease! Can anyone help?
