How did the girl not get the cover this year, with so many great shots to choose from?

 

Hannah Davis is very pretty, but she seems to have only one facial expression in all of her shots.

 

I love Jessica Gomes, but this is not a great year for her. Also, some of her shots seem ridiculously retouched.

 

Not gonna lie, you are telling the truth. It's like they purposely gave nina better locations, photoshop retouches, lighting, hair and make up, bikinis, etc. Or maybe she's just that good of a swimsuit model. I think both.

Nina had the exact same crew as Robyn, Jessica & Chanel. She's just a better swimsuit model and nailed her shoot, she also has been working with James Macari for four years so they already know how to work together. I think Jessica Gomes had the best location but she still did meh just like every year IMO. Overall I think the girls from Route 66 hapd the best crew in terms of hair, make up, photography and everything.

 

Then you have the girls from Hawaii, West Coast & Bodypaint, those are the girls most of us have been complaining for one reason or another and they have something in common: Same crews. Photographers, stylist, etc it was all done by the same people who always work with Yu Tsai. So yeah, here's hoping everyone in that team will get cut from SI, because they really did screw the models.

Cant they bring Mazzucco back?

No one's fudging the numbers. I'm just sitting here voting for Rose for hours on end.  

^ And even with that, she's still tied to Erin. Who I guess has her entire family and friends voting for her every single because she has always been #1.
