My guess is either France or Russia. Where ever they go, they'll probably need an angel or model from the country to talk about the country (Lily and her British parent or whatever anyone). 

I very much doubt it will be Russia. France- Paris or Cannes seem most likely to me as they can be all "city of love" super glam, chic etc etc etc etc and try to make a big deal out of it. 

It's not going to be in Russia I could pretty much guarantee that  Perhaps more attention should be paid to current events...

I thought of that ! i can see it happening in "Le grand palais" this is where Chanel has a lot of fashion shows. It's spacious and gorgeous. I hope it's Paris !!
