February 19, 20169 yr So, can VS please comeback on doing campaigns and shoots like these?? Man, I'm so tired of this damn "natural look" vibes from the new shoots and campaigns I hate it, and the worse is: IT SUCKS and people blaime the poor angels; the problem isn't with any of the Angels, they're all extraordinary -except Martha, that girl has literally nothing special-, the problem is with the TEAM! The make up sucks, the hair style sucks, the lightning sucks, the acessories they use sucks!! Everything works for not having a good campaign/catalogue The whole thing about the VS Angels in the past was the angel factor -haha- and people think that the model borns with the angel factor but the truth is: all the past angels were made Angels! And now the VS team dont want the new angels to look like angels anymore; they want them to look like damn ordinary humans VS has lost all the magic, there are no wings anymore, no glamourous looks in the show, not even one great picture for a campaign... There isn't any angel anymore, they're just using common models, they have the title, but they use wings and look like angels just once in a year by now... and it sucks! They should keep these Angels, yeah they can fire Martha, Stella, Romee, Lily, Kate and Jac, but they should keep with this line up; What they shouldn't keep is this damn "natural look" vibes cause it totally blows away the ANGEL FACTOR cause ANGELS ARE NOT HUMANS AND ANGELS LOOK LIKE ANGELS, NOT LIKE ORDINARY HUMANS, VS!! Anyway, keep the Angels, fire the creative team, buy some Maybelinne make up to use on the show and shoots, and we'll have old VS back with AMAAAAAZING ~Sophia's voice~ angels! (sorry, I know it doesn't add anything to the thread but I just had to say this cause VS is really stupid and disapointing)
February 19, 20169 yr But the problem isn't with VS, they sell to people, and people these days crave for realness, for models in beaches, in real apartments, in beds, not in some lame studio that doesn't relate to anyone. They changed their whole shoots because I am assuming their sales were starting to go down. I, personally, don't mind at all their shoots. The only problem for me is the lack of fierceness and the exageration of cuteness.

February 19, 20169 yr Not surprising. She posted a snapchat yesterday of her grinning with the word "HAPPY" across it and I suspected that was it. What is surprising is that she got an announcement like this. Now I'm curious if Vita will be getting a contract as well.

I am surprised, however, that 1) it happened this early in the year, I was expecting around the VSFS and 2) She got an announcement like this. Regardless, so happy for her and about this. I hope Vita isn't in the same boat.
February 19, 20169 yr Good news for Jo! I like her but I guess I would pass on her being an angel for now, there are so many angels already. I just hope it's only her and not Vita.... If I'm not mistaken the other 10 angels signed 1 year ago right? I'm curious to know who is not angel anymore from those 10 (and even the 15). But VS takes so long to update the VSAA.....

It makes sense they'd sign Jo at the same time if they're already reworking contracts. I'm not a Jo fan at all, and I still think there are too many Angels, but this happening was inevitable. I'm wondering what the official line up is now, if more girls were dropped.

I think Kate and Jac got dropped, hopefully Jo is the only one they add until they thin their roster more. Bets on how long it'll take them to update their "Meet the Angels" section?
February 19, 20169 yr Nornally I would say 274 years, but considering how much they love Jo, they're probably updating it right now for her. But honestly, maybe after/when the swim special airs? I wouldn't be surprised if Lais or Stella also got cut. Lais hasn't shot in forever.
