However this month she was beaten by three time champion Carmella Rose, and finished at #11. Dioni Tabbers equals her all time high ranking by finishing top of Tier 3, pushing Taylor Hill out of the Top 10. Tier 2 remains unchanged, which means plenty of grudge matches. Jo and Lorena have played twice before, both narrow wins to Lorena, including in the February semi-final. Barbara beat Elsa by one vote last May, but Elsa got her own back with an 11-10 win in the November 2020 semi-final. The head to head between Edita and Carmella is also balanced at 1-1. Carmella won a semi-final last October on her way to taking her first of three consecutive titles, but it was Edita who ended that winning streak with an 11-10 win in the January 2021 final.
