I think it's a combination of the bra's design and some strategically placed stuffing.

You can quite clearly see in any topless shot that she isn't that big up top.

Based on the interviews I've seen with her over the past half year or so, I can see where those folks who says she lacks a bit of personality come from.

Having said that, which VS Angels did offer more in terms of being able to improvise and give off the cuff (funny) answers?

I can think of only two: Heidi and Marisa. Even Gisèle never struck me as a stand-out interviewee.
