Alina is Ukrainian, how is she competing for Moldova?

Born in Ukraina but Moldovan citizen so this makes her a Moldovan model. She was even in the Miss Moldova competition.

There's not much difference between Ukrainian and Moldovan people according to cultures and politician stuff, as far as I know.
