I don't know anything about her personality so I can't say.  But physically she gives the impression of a woman that was beautiful girl growing up - taller and prettier than the others.  They get a free pass at life in certain areas and are cherished just for existing lol.  She was most probably the prettiest girl in all the schools and parties that she attended.
