I hope they'll slow down Ale+Adriana's walk, because in that fashiontv vid it looked too fast imo. In that instagram video it looked perfect, though just till they walked with the same speed. 

I also hope that they'll cut out the most of Karlie's idiotic pointing and fangirling too and that they'll find some good angle for Sara, coz she looked really tiny (+ and I hated her walk in Pink).

IDK I'd say Jessica White's elephant parade  down the 2007 runway takes that cake.

So I couldn't stay home last night and I just got the chance to look at the HQs and this is what I think.

 

» For once PINK is not the worst segment of the show, and this is definitely an improvement I would erase the whole ET segment except for a couple of things. Shame for all the beautiful girls to be stuck there.

» The Dream Girls idea was genius. They've always had night collections but they've never had a segment dedicated to them (if I'm wrong pleace correct me), the outfits all looked amazing, same with the girls, and the song kinda gives the idea of a slumber party between hot girls.

» AB looks amazing, really gives me good vibes. Can't wait to see how it gets translated on screen.

» Absolutely adored the stage, and I prefer the runway without all the glitters.

» Adri and Ale got only two outfits, yes, but they got the FBs, and to me that compensates. 

» Hair/Make up definitely wasn't the best. Some girls looked great, but others did not. They could have gone a little bit further.

» TSwift, I adore you, but please don't interrupt the models while they're walking.

 

» Best newcomers: Kate (just wow), Stella (didn't like her at first, but I loved her "let's get this done and lemme go home" attitude, at least something different), Taylor, Blanca, Yumi

 

» Best returning girls: Elsa (pure perfection, still don't get why they waited so much to make her an angel), Jac (won't repeat what you already said, but I'm happy that everyone agrees about her), Bregje, Devon, Lily A, Candice, Alessandra (she's never been so beautiful), Shanina, Lindsay and Iza just for the LOLs

 

» Meh girls (for whom I reserve my judgment till the show airs): Behati (I get she was nervous, but still), Karlie (such a hot mess), Romee, Imaan, Irina, Sigrid, Daniela

 

» Who needs to stay home next year: Maud (still don't like her for VS but her body looks better), Grace, Ieva

 

And I simply liked all the others.

 

 

Favorite outfits: every Dream Girls and Fairy Tale outfit, and the majority of Gilded and Angel Ball except for a few

 

Least favorite outfits: every outfit in ET except for the FBs and Lais', plus these

 

   

 

And I'm indifferent towards/I "like" the rest of PINK.

 

 

At the end, just like last year, great show for the exception of one segment.

Overall I think the show was an improvement in a way, a lot of good outfits and a better line up, however I still think 47 women was too much and I already gave my list of ladies who should stay home next year. Some things were a little bit messy, especially the way they distributed the outfits I don't agree with some models who never work with VS getting two over girls like Jac and Bregje who also do catalog work for the brand. 

I love the hair, I'm glad they finally decided that not everyone needs long hair to look sexy and feminine and I love how Karlie, Jourdan and Stella kept their short hair  (Y). However the make up was a disaster, and while some girls like Elsa still looked great with it did wash out some girls like Doutzen, Lais and even Adriana, VS needs to realize the same makeup does not always look good in all women.

 

And this is from me, I'm done with VSFS business until the show airs.

I hope they use the second taping for the show. All the girls look even better there. And it looks like they gave fashion tv the first taping for the promo... I do hope the second one makes it to the show.

And I just googled the show to see how it was doing online. The show seems to be BIGGER than ever! I was so glad Adriana and Alessandra are headlining sooo many of the stories. It really makes up for the lack of outfits. Candice and Mrs. Levine also doing really well (maybe these two really will keep things together once Ale and Adriana leave?). And the articles about how Elsa "smacked" Ariana in the face is giving me life! Get that press Elsa while you push that twink to her place.

I'm super pumped the show is next week!!!

To the show, it was definitely better than last years and overall pretty good.

 

My favorite Outfits:

Gilded Angel: Candice, Constance, Devon

Exotic Traveler: Adriana & Alessandra

Fairy Tale: Candice, Lindsay, Lily, Barbara, Devon, Elsa, Jourdan, Izabel

Angel Ball: Joan, Adriana, Alessandra, Candice

 

Exotic Traveler was such a let-down and would have loved to see more segments with faster music,  we only had GA.

Another one of my favorite things from the show was that wall that all of the models took a lot of pictures at, it looked bare during rehearsals but they were all given spray paint cans and by the end it was completely covered in Graffiti thought that was a nice touch just for fun.

I think Angels Ball was the best segment they have done in years they all looked good in it and loved that lineup.
