It is typical from the Alentejo region, in Portugal, hence the word Alentejana (from Alentejo) in its name. It is a combination of pork and clams, with potatoes and coriander. The cake itself is round with a large hole in the centre, resembling a crown covered with crystallized and dried fruit. I saw now. ehehe is very delicious serradura is similar not exactly the same thing, but I think the only difference is that in the serradura they mix the biscuits with the cream and condensed milk.
