April 24, 201510 yr Had a 14 oz. ribeye w/ frizzed onions plus some sweet potatoes and salad bar for dinner today.. The ribeye killed me, it was too big!
April 25, 201510 yr Yep! Ribeye is my favorite cut of beef. What's yours? I had a T-bone not long ago. at 24 oz. it was simply too big for one person, and I shared it. ^ Oh, that looks incredible!
April 25, 201510 yr I'd say ribeye too. Oh and we have here what we call "Asado de Tira" which is basically ribs. I have no idea how you call it over there, or if you have it the same way we do here. But it's really popular here in Chile and in Argentina. It looks like this: I should some picture taken of one I had recently... I'll search for it tomorrow.
April 25, 201510 yr Ah, those are short ribs. They can be fatty- even fattier than the ribye and good for barbeque. I like hawaiian. I often find them a bit 'too fatty' and have too much gristle though. They are often sliced thinly like this here or taken more by the chunk:
