September 24, 200915 yr Peyton turned it on again, Colts won Shouldn't you be talking about the Bears . J/k, I like Colts too . I could....but I don't (N) I've always been a fan of the Colts
September 24, 200915 yr How ironic. The girl from Ch-Town is not a Bears fan. <_< Me, from a city who does not have a NFL Team, I guess is the only Bears fan hear, I guess. It appears that Cutler got it together vs. Pittsburgh. Bears should be 2-0, but Cutler had that meltdown vs. Green Bay.
September 24, 200915 yr Cutler is always like that.He could be a good quarterback. Whether he can be an elite quarterback is up to him and his surrounding cast. I will say again, the bears don't need him, they only need Forte and a QB that can manage the game.

September 24, 200915 yr Peyton turned it on again, Colts won Shouldn't you be talking about the Bears . J/k, I like Colts too . Bandwagoners. Me? if you are talking to me, (ignore further if you aren't ) Please explain as to why I am ? Because clearly, I didn't jump on any bandwagon. Ive been a colts fan for 7 years. I just don't like the Bears Team. Being from Chicago doesn't mean I have to cheer for my hometown team just to show 'pride in the city'.. don't get me wrong chicago is great, just don't like their football team.

Being from Chicago doesn't mean I have to cheer for my hometown team just to show 'pride in the city'.. True enough. I was never a Raiders or Rams fan when they were in the L.A. area. I've been a Bear fan since '85. Cheering for the hometown team is more of a baseball thing anyway. Always been different with football and basketball. I'm sure there are many Laker fans that aren't from L.A. Seeing all the celebrities that go to Laker games, only Leonardo Dicaprio and Tobey Maguire are actually from the L.A. area. Matter of fact, the only sports that truly unite us are the Olympic games, because those participants represent the whole country.
September 25, 200915 yr Anyone hear about the possibility of the Rams being sold and being moved to London? I heard it on NFL Today a couple weeks ago and they said theres a chance it could really happen.
September 25, 200915 yr ^^ I would guess it won't happen, if only because it would be such a huge competitive disadvantage for teams doing the traveling. I mean, most teams struggle enough going cross-country, so just imagine like a West Coast team having to go all the way to London to play, or vice versa. Not to mention, it's the Rams. Factor the jet-lag into that they're already a bad team and they'll never win U.S.-based games.
September 25, 200915 yr Anyone hear about the possibility of the Rams being sold and being moved to London? I heard it on NFL Today a couple weeks ago and they said theres a chance it could really happen. WHAT?! :x Dude, it the NFL, not the INFL!!! The commissioner can not let this happen. It's bad enough that 2 teams have to play a regular season game over there anyway. I even heard that there is a possibility to hold the SUPER BOWL IN LONDON!!! I get it. The Super Bowl has been held in either Florida or Southern Cal, so u wanna hold up somewhere else. I got the solution: VEGAS!!! (Y) Good weather, fun atmosphere.
September 28, 200915 yr Why is it 2 quarterbacks are ruining two of the best young running back's in the league? Jay Cutler QB, Matt Forte QB, Chicago. On paper it might seem like a good fit, but Forte i think is struggling in part due to Cutler being there. Forte was the offense last year, but now you can see it's much more on Cutler (yes Forte is struggling I know that) Brett Farve QB, Adrian Peterson RB, Minnesota. How can i RB who in 3 games has over 300 yards be ruined? At times i think that Minnesota is falling back on Farve when it should be AP. I don't see a reason why AP couldn't be at close to 400-500 yards rushing all ready, he would be there if Rosenfelds, or Jackson were the QB's (I only complain cause i have AP for Fantasy football )
September 28, 200915 yr ^^ i just read your post limerlight.. and i actually came here to laud Favre for his set of brass balls!!!yest's game.. when he made that long pass and THEN proceeded to run down the field and block forhis receiver... <think it was Berrian?>.. that was the shit.though its true, hes not what he used to be.But-- he has his moments
September 28, 200915 yr Favre will always have that slinger mentality, they were EXTREMLEY lucky to win that game yesterday (by a toe literally!) So of course he's going to have those moments. I'm still dissapointed that AP is ONLY at around 300, I expected him (if Favre was not with the vikes) too be around 2,000 rushing yards for the season. While not mathemattically impossible, that mean he needs around 1,700 in 13 games. Which equals about 130.8 rushing yards per game. I'm still not sold on Favre starting in Minnesota, but if he's helping them win games, ain't no-one (but me) gonna complain
September 28, 200915 yr Why is it 2 quarterbacks are ruining two of the best young running back's in the league? Not that I'm trying to start an argument here, but that's kind of a ridiculous thing to say. These RBs are being ruined? Maybe from a fantasy football perspective. In reality, Forte and AP put up huge numbers last year because their respective offenses were resting on their shoulders in a way no RBs in a balanced (i.e., good) offense would have to deal with. Now that their teams have QBs, it would make no sense to put either of them in situations where either would have to rack up 500+ yards over three games. Every offensive coordinator in the league would take good QB play with a 100-yard rusher over mediocre QB play and a 200-yard rusher. That said, I think with AP in particular it's not even about yards. Numerous RBs rack them up in a given year. With AP, it's about him man-handling anyone who tries tackling him. That's how the guy is a beast.
September 28, 200915 yr Yea Lime, you are kinda being self centered with your post. maybe you're just jinxing him with him on your fantasy team
September 29, 200915 yr I like me Fantasy football. And okay, so maybe the AP ruined is just me not happy with his production from fantasy terms on sunday. But at least Forte i think, without looking at the fantasy side of things, will take a step back this year. As every time I've watched the Bears this year, they seem to be a pass 1st, as to a run 1st team, which is what i think we all have known the Bears for, a great running attack and solid D. Maybe next year, even later on this year a balance will be met, but right now I just don't like where Forte could be heading.
October 4, 200915 yr OMG, our head coach caused a penatly flag. NFL refs will screw the Ravens any way they can. <_<
