I was so impressed by this movie that I simply had to start a thread. DC Comics put out a graphic novel in the mid eighties and this movie is based on that comic. While the story line deviates from the comics, it definitely captures the spirit. If you like great writing, intelligent storytelling, intense action, and wonderful acting...you'll love this movie. It's politically based and it hasn't come at a better time. Cast... Um did anyone else watch this movie? I liked it. I don't usually watch movies in theatres and even more rarely do I like them but I was pleasantly surprised with this one. It was funny at times and it was kind of a thriller, don't know how to describe it. The plot was simple but the movie was made really well and I enjoyed it. Shia is really cute btw, so is the guy who plays his friend. The girl was hot too.
