Jaku84 Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 So I have decided to start a competition on models of colour, which will be a great way to diversify these competitions and I hope they bring a good/new angle. RULES: You can nominate models who have these requirements: - The model must be visibly a model of colour or of ancestry of colour (ie one parent) but cannot be of exclusive European descent. Basically non-Caucasian models. - The model must have walked a “Top” show in her time In any of the big 4 fashion weeks but can otherwise be from any era. Models who appeared in Sports Illustrated can also be included, given its large platform. PROCESS - There will be an initial 100 (200 if people nominate lots, which would be great) spots, where models will be ranked on: face and body (debating whether to add walk and charisma but I can’t work out how to do videos and for the latter people would just go for the most famous). The top half will then go into straightforward knockout rounds.
