Lily seems to have branched out a bit more with SI although I'm not sure how long she'll last there, but yeah, I can see her leaving VS soon but not too soon. They've already lost Doutzen and Karlie so I guess they'll try to hang on to what they've got left while also introducing some of the new girls.

I think both Lily and Ale are gone after this year's VSFS.
