Of course VS has ownership and can use the pics to wipe their butts if they so choose.

The question is surely they must have viable models for their catalogue whom they have not publically dissed right?

I mean VS has what 15 models on rota; 6-7 Angels representing them; not to mention the 20 or so models that have walked their runway since 2011

Yeah but Ithink this is part of VS is fauly soley because of the direction they have been going especially with the models and angels they have been choosing. There isn't much of a WOW factor with the brand anymore like there was back in the day with Gisele, Adriana, Ale, Tyra, Heidi, Laetitia, ect , even the commercials and catalogs are now kinda of lackluster.

It's not like VS has ever been a huge career maker. Heidi, Tyra & Marisa have SI to thank just as much as VS for their careers, Lindsay, Behati, Erin and Izabel all had nice runs in high-fashion before doing VS, Doutzen, Gisele, Chanel and Karlie were already big before VS... The only ones they truly "made" are like Alessandra, Selita (and she's not even that successful) and somewhat Miranda, Lily and Candice.

In other news I'm really intereswted to see how Emily's VS Pink pictures are with Sara.

The cities I can decipher/place W-E: Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, San Diego, Phoenix, Denver?, San Antonio, Dallas?, Houston, St Louis (obviously), Milwaukee?, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Tampa, Orlando, Charlotte, Baltimore? & Providence.

This. The only reason why all the people feel urge for their fav model to work for VS is because of the display (lots of pics in lingerie/swim, potential videos, promos, etc.) It´s not because VS is a career maker. How many times have we discussed how most of the real careers of the girls ceased once they started working for VS? They of course can bring attention to a model, if they want. But I would not call that a career-making.

Disagree with you. All VS can do is give you a platform to become a star. they can't directly make you one, that's the job of you and your team. Lily, Candice, Alessandra, Adriana, Selita, Miranda made good use of the fame and public recognition VS has to offer. They also gave Gisele, Heidi and Tyra major pushes. They are not managing their careers for them, they can't do much about a certain model not making it big because they didn't capitalize on what they had on their VS plates. If models like Lindsay and Erin are still where they were from the beginning, that's on their end, not VS's because they have a long list of models to show they can help get you on top. Besides, some of their models are mediocre as shit. they're not going to go far even if they had Kate Upton's team at their disposal.
