Like I've said before, yes it took a while for Adriana to get it...but in 08 it was obvious she was going to get it with the launches and money VS was putting into her, the SAME thing they are doing to Miranda and Adriana now. Exact same pattern (Like I've said forever VS is totally predictable) but with Ale they push her more and more each year and she never gets the bra and she really doesn't have any press hounds in front of her (Like Dri did with Heidi and Gisele) so with her getting as much press every year, her not having really anyone that important in front of her I don't see it happening. It's like '08 everyone swore up and down it was her year to open the show...did she? No. Did she deserve it that year? Yes. But they gave it to Adriana for a second year in a row, VS is predictable.

I'm not saying Ale is 100% not going to get it but if I was breaking it down and noticing VS's pattern, who they've invested money into this year, and who they are pushing it would be Miranda and Adriana both at 45% each and Ale at 10% of getting it. Pattern, Pattern, Pattern.

As for Candice, she's to new, and she's not a contract angel (KK was the only exception and that was years ago) I don't think Candice has even a borderline chance of getting it when she will EASILY be outshined if she does. BIG TIME.

Time will tell, but the girl who is wearing the bra already knows (because they'll be shooting it very soon) So hopefully news will be leaked and we'll know by late July/Early August with a formal release in September

The girl we're currently being inundated with to the point of nausiation is Candice.. Miranda coming in second, however if VS was smart, they would jump on the Rosie bandwagon, because frankly she is the one who's getting all the major press right now.. hell she's been talked about on WOW by a bunch of guys... I've never heard of Adriana.. or Miranda.. or Candice on there.. but because of a bunch of stupid robots, and a replacement for the sex bomb that is Megan Fox.. Rosie's name has been brunted about. I'm not speculating on who's getting the bra, frankly I don't care. But if you want to talk about exposure there it is.

Not to mention businesses don't necessarily do everything on the exact same time line every single year, and with the economy going the way it is they have to do what's cost effective and has the best marketing strategy.

Btw Ale has not been with VS as long as Adriana... so how is it any different for her to get the bra this year in what is it her tenth anniversary, when Adriana got the bra it was what.. her tenth anniversary? Not to mention, no offense, but when Heidi came back after giving birth just weeks afterwards that was a big deal... Adriana's big come back from having a baby isn't anything special.. I know, it's a hard concept but other Angels have had babies and come back with little to no hoopla, and other models have too.

As for VS putting money into Adriana and Miranda... I can see Miranda sort off, but aside from one 'come back' video with Russell, a show she walked in Paris and an editorial, (which is just a part of her job as a model) there has been no major comeback. No product launches, no commercials. Yes you can say she'll be shown in the fall, but I thought she was supposed to be back in the swing in March, it's now June. This so called come back, (which I still don't understand the need for, it's just a baby folks) seems to be nothing more then a come back for her fans, with no real big fanfare aside from a video.

And I truly think Candice wouldn't be outshined if she was given the bra. She's being shoved down our throats and the overall populations throat. We're oversaturated with her, people seem to like her. There has been next to nothing with Adriana over the last year, (yes she had a baby... should I say it again?). The point is people are seeing Candice, and the regular person on the street doens't assign a name to the face, they look at it's pretty, she looks good, I want to buy bra.. They're not seeing Adriana, why would you automatically assume that Adriana or Miranda will overshine her, that makes zero sense.

And Jade.. have you heard Adriana talk recently? That's right she's about right on par with Alessandra, they both have fairly heavy accents, Ale's is just a bit clearer.

^ Well, that post just made most of what I was writing for the past ten minutes redundant. I'll only add two things: first, Adriana is still losing the baby weight, from what it seems, so designing the FB for her now would make little sense when VS doesn't know what she'll look like come the fashion show (I'm sure Lost Soul will explain that away somehow); second, Lost Soul is contradicting her own dates, as she previously claimed the FB model is chosen in May/June and the campaign is shot in July, which would put Rosie in a perfect spot to get the bra.

The person I speak too who works backstage at the who let's me know every year who will wear the bra way in advance (about July) should be able to tell but people will blah blah it away. Hun... I have no issue with conjecture or even honest to god fact, but your dates keep switching up. Not to mention why would someone who works backstage be willing to share so much information with, (no offense) a relative nobody when in doing so they breach confidentiality and can lose their job. They can give speculation, but even that is subject to some debate as it still puts them in a position, where they possibly know and are giving out hints.

Stuff can fall through if you noticed in an article Ed actually asked her to come and participate and do what they originally wanted her to do, but my guess is she wasn't able to because she was bedridden because of preclampsia. Anyway, stuff like that can fall through. Heck Ale, Izabel and Adriana shot a secret embrace commercial back in 06 that they never aired...they do that about 2-3 times a year. So like everything shit happens, but stuff like the fantasy bra doesn't fall through, they select and plan for months on it.

But like I said laugh and laugh and laugh, because THIS can't fall through unless someone else gets preclampsia lol. I've noted (as well as Sav) several things, and they all come through, but do we get credit...nope. But this time at least we'll get a good laugh at people.

Also Lily A was featured in the new V Push Up Bra and I believe she just recently signed a spokesmodel contract...so expect to see her a lot more. From what I hear VS, and their team is coming up with some sort of way to introduce her...video, photos, adding her to the list in the next coming weeks.
