Not necessarily. If vaccine deployment is not a total disaster, we might see some sort of reopening in the second half of the year. Not back to business as usual but with more things open and able to do a lot more things than we can now. Though I think the earliest possible date for real normalcy will be the Summer of 2022.

Governments are and will constantly move the goal posts to keep everything locked down besides the fear mongering over new strains.

 

Then there's the monetary issue that's coming.

 

People are going to snap, can't believe they haven't done so already.
