Cult Icon Posted February 18, 2019 Share Posted February 18, 2019 I had very good Chicken parm recently- not a meal that I go for but I had it made by someone who did it right. The chicken was well browned and fried perfectly and there was good balance of cheese. The meat sauce was heavy and sweet and on good pasta!
