Thank you all so much for the updates! Love how well Revenant did at the box office, open in only theatres and grossing that much. Clearly people are excited about this movie

Yes , I was glad to read the film did so well in its limited release opening , and it probably would have been even higher had the DVD screener not been online before release

Following the end of the movie I was so excited for Leo to arrive for the q&a.  Director Alejandro González Iñárritu was introduced first followed by Leonardo DiCaprio who received a standing ovation.  Domhnall Gleeson, Will Poulter and Forrest Goodluck also came for the q&a.  Tom Hardy was supposed to come as well but Alejandro said that he was on a flight to England.  Honestly, as long as Leo was there I was a happy girl.  I had a seat in the center of my row and Leo sat in a chair in the center as well so I had a wonderful view of him.  This is going to sound so cheesy but Leo was everything that I thought he would be.  He was so humble, gracious, charismatic, funny and he looked so dapper and classy.  I would have happily stayed for hours to listen to him talk.

So Tony Shafrazi (he's friendly with Leo and his crew) mentioned he's at the Brando resorts which is in Tahiti ( Leo was there earlier this year) ... and he tagged Leonardo DiCaprio and some other people too. Does that imply Leo is there??? I guess we have to wait and see. I see Vinny is in St Barths.

 

 

i haven't seen a commercial for The Revenant yet, but today for the first time I saw a billboard of it while I was driving. Which was nice to finally see.
