To combat this, the overwhelmed police force has implemented a new policy: every human police officer is paired up with a lifelike combat-model android. Almost two years previously, Kennex and his squad were raiding the hideout of a violent gang known as the Insyndicate, but ended up being ambushed and outgunned. Is anyone watching this? I have to say that my expectations going in were limited because I'm not Damon Lindelof's biggest fan. Surprisingly this has been a very good TV show, continuing to build upon the universe originally created by Alan Moore and somehow expanding and even improving upon it. The sixth episode was especially great, perhaps the best hour of TV I have seen all year long.

http://cnews.canoe.ca/CNEWS/WeirdNews/2006...1541205-ap.html SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - In this era of easy ad skipping with digital video recorders, could television viewers one day be forced to watch commercials with a system that prevents channel-switching? Yes, said Royal Philips Electronics. A patent application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office said researchers of the Netherlands-based consumer electronics company has created a technology that could let broadcasters freeze up a channel during a commercial, so viewers would not be able to avoid it. The pending patent, published March 30, said the feature would be implemented on a program-by-program basis. Device…

I this show. One of the best shows on TV. I never miss it. He is one of the funniest guys on TV, and often makes good points. I tend to agree with his point of view on most topics he talks about on his show. However, unlike most politicians who are either too conservative or too liberal, he seems to be fair. He gives equal air time to both liberals, conservatives, and moderates who appear on his show.

This has to be one of the best shows on Showtime. If you're not watching you need to. Here's a little info on it incase you have never heard of it. The plot revolves around a widowed housewife (Mary-Louise Parker) from an affluent California suburb who becomes her neighborhood's marijuana dealer to make ends meet. The title is a play on words, referring to both the slang term for marijuana, and Widow's weeds (clothing)[citation needed]. It also refers to the tendency of American suburbs to grow quickly and pervasively, with the dwellings and their residents being almost as indistinguishable as weeds; this is mirrored in the show's theme song "Little Boxes" and opening cre…
