When asked if she often went to spinning she said, “Not really, to be honest. My mom was a spinning/aerobics instructor when I was 15-years-old and she killed me! I said, ‘I’m never going spinning again,’ but I’m back for a second try.”The model, who prefers boxing and building muscle, said sticking to a healthy diet isn’t hard for her. “Lately I’ve been eating whatever I want. When I was younger it used to affect me a lot more, I would feel it in my face, but as I’m older I can eat whatever I want. To feel good and healthy I eat a lot of vegetables, drink a lot of water, and I eat a lot of meat like steak because I want to build muscle.”Candice admitted her hectic schedule does make things harder. “People don’t realize how hard it is to keep eating habits consistent when you’re traveling,” she said, while admitting that she never deprives herself! “I’ll indulge in pasta, pizza and lots of yummy things.”Although the model admitted she doesn’t have a lot of downtime, there’s definitely one thing on her to-do list — and it’s seeing fellow model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in Transformers! “I haven’t yet,” she said when asked if she had a chance to check out Rosie on the big screen. “I’ve seen little clips and I’ve heard really great things, of course I wanna see it!
