^ I have no problem with a women as president, but no thanks to Hilary. Not to mention she should be jail for a thing called treason.

If it was an average Joe did that they'd be in jail right now.

You could say the same for some of the Wall St. bankers and even the Koch Brothers :/

Different situations imo, I think a comparable person is General Petraeus. At least he got reprimanded though.

My thoughts on LOTR:

FOTR is the best movie followed closely by TTT. I thought ROTK was long and drawn out and the worst movie of the trilogy. I can't believe ROTK won an Oscar.

Watch Clerks 2 for the OT vs the LOTR trilogy. lol

I hear you about Petraeus  However, he is part of the few of many who similar to him.  To clarify, my main point was the system is quite corrupted. Certain people will get off easier than others :/ Not sure what could really be done about that. I doubt the next President, regardless of who he or she will be, could do much to change the system during his/her term(s).

I agree what you're saying, but America is becoming the have and have nots. The gap is getting increasingly wider and they're making laws increasing the disparity between them and the middle & lower classes.

I highly doubt that the next President will implement any change to the system, they're part of the problem too. Also politicians giving up power willingly is a joke in itself.

Call me jaded, but I just don't think they give a shit about the people. There might be a few oddballs here and there that do though.

+ 1   I think it is a global thing too that comes down to basic human nature and psychology. Those in power are not always keen on giving it up so they do whatever they can to make sure they and those they are affiliated with stay in positions of power.

I guess we are screwed no matter what. Nice knowing you all! :nicole:

I just don't get why there are mass protests everyday? I don't know if people care anymore or are just oblivious to what is going on.

I actually have been following Hillary for years and I think she can do a great job, she is smart and knows how to get things done and I also appreciate a politican who can admit she has made mistakes along the way. I have three big issues with Bernie: 1- I cannot support anyone who ever thought women want to be gang-raped, IDGAF if he said it in 1972, it's still absolutely horrible. 2- As @PinkCouture pointed out while he has some good ideas it seems like he has no clue of how the system works because there is absolutely no way a Congress that is so Republican dominated will let him do shit, so he will be useless and 3- Bernie won't be Trump, he has been labelled a lefty/socialist already and I doubt the people will vote for him. So all in all, I think Hillary is the right person for several reasons.

Now if Trump wins we're all fucked, he's probably taking away my visa   But Hillary better get that Dem nomination tho, I actually made a bet with a friend so I'll be double fucked if she loses.

^ There's no way Hilary loses the Democratic nomination to Bernie, they just won't let it happen.

Bernie stands no chance against Trump imo.

Can we just let Trump handle fiscal & foreign affairs and let Hilary handle social issues?

+1  All this campaigning, caucusing, debates, town halls, etc. are for show and "formalities." I think it was already predetermined Hilary would get the nomination. I am pretty sure Bernie knew it as well even before he ran but he did it anyway to promote his agenda and ideas. Another thing I  forgot to mention about Bernie was how so many people view him is an "outsider" but conveniently dismiss the fact he has been a politician for more 30 yrs.

He can't beat Trump and I am not totally convinced Hilary will either. We will see.

Well Bernie has won almost every single caucus so far but he's about to run out of cauces, so if things keep going this way Hillary will smash him in the primaries as she's been murdering him so far and she should easily get the nomination, that + the Superdelegates. But we'll see how it goes

I think he is a really good President too.

And I think Hillary Clinton would make a great President, hope she gets the nom and then wins in November which most of my friends disagree with because they are too busy feeling The "women want to be gang raped" Bern :/

But by far my most unpopular opinion is that The Lord of the Rings is terrible, tried to watch the movies more than three times and I fell asleep every single time, didn't even finish one of them.

I also think The Lords of the Rings is terrible and terribly boring  Fell asleep too. I even snored and the sound awaken me
