I hate my body and I don't think I will ever get rid of my insecurity. I have recently lost about 20 kg for the second time in two years. I'm 1,75cm tall and weigh about 51-52kg. I hate that I can't stand myself and can't eat proparly. I will either eat waaaay too much or eat nothing and exercise like crazy. I just can't bare the taught of being "chubby" again... :cry:

... I ... either eat too much or too little, no excercise .. my workout includes going almost everywhere by foot, shopping and stress :laugh:

i am really out of option on my mativation about it

it is killling me that for 3 years i can not find a right solution for me

I can give you all the information about losing weight there probably is - my life has been just one big diet :cry:

i have found an aption

i will try to go to the gym with my bf

and see how is that going to work out because he is there regularly

i will try that

i think that my problem is that i do not have a will power

anymore

it is like i got my bf and he is perfect so

i am not looking for anyone

but now i am thinking of a helthier me

and i am trying to take care of my body

omg ... my bf goes to practice everyday and works out at them and before them or whatever.. and so, he is in such sexy shape... I'd never work out with him though just because I's be too shy plus I wouldn't be able to keep up. I would KILL to take a cneak peak into his locker room while his team mates are changing with him :drool:

i am finaly making a little improved in fitness area of my life i work out 10 min a day and trying to slow down on a junck food

so hopefully slowely i will come back to where is used to be

and funaly i will be skinny, sexy and happy

I found the gym boring as hell so stopped going. Swimming RUINS my hair because the amount of chlorine they put in my local pool is just stupid, and my hair must be fragile. I don't have a long enough attention span or enough motivation to do all sorts of toning exercises. And I ran about three times before deciding the weather was too chilly!

Basically now I go rock climbing after just getting back into it again. And a fair bit of walking around everywhere and I live in a hilly area so it works out quite well. So long as I eat sensibly, it's fine and I don't need to exercise much!

I don't diet and I don't do exercise... I know I should at least excersice, I really want to, but gyms are not so close to home and I only can at nights.

Martial arts for me: muay thai boxing and karate is what I do now. I train a bit everyday and beat the shit out of my boxing ball whenever I have a shitty day :laugh: My anger management so to say ;)

Okay, so this is an urgent problem. (sorta..)

I wanna be fit for summer, have a nice belly, bum, legs and back. I decided to buy a gym-card and so I did. I do pilates and gym, but also alot running and eating healthy. But I have a problem.

My freinds goes like "ah, take care, you don't wanna lose the boobs, right?" so my question is:

Does work out make the boobs smaller? If yes, what kind of work out?

I don't wanna lose the small boobs i have lol.

I go to the gym three times a week. I do about 20 minutes of jogging and fast walking at an incline on the treadmill, then I do hip/thigh workouts and a ton of abdomen work. I'm already thin, so I don't work out to lose weight, I do it to tone.

about the boobs thing. It depends. If you have lots of breast tissue working out wont do much unless you go ana. However if your breats are mostly fat then you'll lose the fat in your breasts pretty quikly and they will go down. Exercise doesn't burn breast tissue....just look at angelina or those skinny girls with big ones. It's pretty much genetic.

well i try to eat healthy...my mom says your diet should consist of 50% veggies 25% whole wheat carbs 25% lean protien for health..... so thats what i try to do....however i eat alot of candy (chocolate) :|....Easter was baaad baad though :|

for working out i get bored easily so i do alot of different things. I dance 5 times a week...but i like to do other stuff like walking outside or hiking, i do weight lifting with my trainer, core excersices and abs....pilates and stretching/yoga. I think the most important is cardio, core and stretching....but i need to lift weights or my back gets really sore. I wish i could swim more but its cold in canada eh?! My favourite ab excersises are side bends on a roman chair they work so good.

oh man i took an aerobic striptease class and it was soooo much fun! You dont actualy strip or anything you just swing around a pole and do some side bends its so much fun!
