And Alessandra has allegedly been too traumatized by her infection when she got her ear pinned to try cosmetic surgery again. There's as much boobage hidden under the grey dress as there is shown out of the pink dress, that is the point that is being made. The boobs on the left are spread apart whereas they are pushed in together on the right.
