August 15, 20186 yr ^ I literally threw up a mouth full of water all over my bed and floor. Thanks for trying to kill me!
August 15, 20186 yr Yes but he was having an old fashion accent and that was nice. @SympathysSilhouette
August 15, 20186 yr We were over here talking about if Taylor Hill and her boyfriend were racist or not, meanwhile this shit is still going on. That's what they want us to do and the government is in on it, the democrats, republicans, corporations, and banks. When the shit hits the fan again and it will, only the select few will be able to withstand it....... fuck them. How hard is it to take care of your people. Watch Inside Job too.
August 15, 20186 yr ^^ Essentially no laws or regulations have been put in place as a result of the crisis that would help prevent another one. So, of course it will happen again.

A guy was being interviewed and he said the best fix for the future would be for the financial companies to change the way they work and basically police themselves. Such a dumb suggestion because they would never do that voluntarily. These are the kind of situations for which government should be the solution. Unfortunately, it doesn't work that that way when enough of the politicians are just as dirty and corrupt as the so-called "bad guys".

It's funny and ignorant to think that they'll willingly give that up. Pretty sure the high profile politicians are on the payroll of corporations and banks.

August 15, 20186 yr This story is funny and reeks of double standards. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/08/13/nyregion/sexual-harassment-nyu-female-professor.html http://gothamist.com/2018/08/14/female_nyu_professor_suspended.php The left is destroying itself from within.
August 16, 20186 yr ^ double standards indeed... I've heard Judith Butler once; the theoretical constructs that these people make are crazy!
August 16, 20186 yr This was an amazing podcast, they talk about psychedelics and how profound their trips are by learning about themselves. Also it was discussed that psychedelics can help people with mental health issues. The research is still in it's infancy though. It was amazing to hear them say how their ego was eroded away and once that happened they achieved higher consciousness.
