Oh Stormy look what I got today from Wendy's since you mentioned you guys are getting one soon :whistle:

 

Pretzel bacon cheeseburger...

I eat chicken soup oatmeal for breakfast everyday after a one mile run or just to get warm:

 

It takes about four minutes to prepare with a water boiler.

 

I buy roasted chickens, and then chop them into pieces the size of a small fist. 

 

I freeze them all in plastic boxes.  I keep a stock of instant oatmeal.  I microwave the frozen chicken and cut them into small pieces and put them into very watery, near boiling hot oatmeal.

 

It is surprisingly effective for a multitude of reasons...:good for weight maintenance, good for energy, and it just feels good to drink hot soup in the freezing early morning.  And I don't get sick of it.....

I got 5 pounds of frozen beef and onions from a restaurant vendor today.
