I think i'm partially allergic I have a bad reaction and have to nearly vomit anytime I taste peanut butter

Aligot !! I can't believe nobody talked about Aligot. It's a French specialty of mashed potatoes mixed with cheese. It's generaly served with a sausage.

It's great.

Fondue savoyarde : it's a French dish as well. The receipe is simple : you mix three types of cheese with white wine in a huge cooking pot, you warm it. Then you put a piece of bread in a stick that you dip in the pot. Simple and delicious.

Even better (though it's not the original receipe), you add Roquefort !

I just put it in boiling water with some salt. And sometimes a bit of butter.

So no sauce just butter and/or olive oil with some cracked pepper?
