March 10, 201510 yr I tried my hand at making pho for the first time, and am pretty pleased with the results! Duck broth made from scratch, with duck meat, tofu, bean sprouts, bok choy, Enokitak mushrooms, roasted garlic and grandma's hot sauce!

March 10, 201510 yr It's a type of leafy green. Some people call it Chinese cabbage? It's a little bit bitter and really crunchy! I made a big pot and bought a whole duck. Plenty to go around.
