  1. It does legitimize the regime. Why do you think they are paying these folks up to eight figures just to show up and post about it on their social media accounts? It's also likely not a coincidence that five men were just sentenced to death in the Khasoggi trial (which is been described as a sham trial by any impartial international observer). Basically five members of the kill squad which was sent down to Turkey to kill and dismember him were sentenced to death but anyone who actually ordered the hit is going to walk away unpunished. I see all of this part of a conscious P.R. strategy by the kingdom.
  2. Did she also go to Saudi-Arabia for that music festival?
  3. It's one of the most oppressive regimes in the world. Any woman over there who would desire Lorena's level of self-expression would be imprisoned or worse. They just killed and dismembered a U.S. based columnist last year!
  4. I've seen the presence confirmed of Alessandra Ambrosio, Olivia Culpo, Nadine Leopold, Cindy Bruna, Winnie Harlow, Stella Maxwell, Jourdan Dunn, Irina Shayk, Romee Strijd, Joan Smalls, Elsa Hosk and Rose Bertram for that music festival in Saudi-Arabia. Any models I missed who were also there?
  5. Her smile is always so cute, it melts the heart.
  6. The women dancing and having fun in this video would be imprisoned, tortured and possibly worse if they behaved the same way as Saudi women. I shouldn't be surprised that celebs are so easily bought. I am still shocked by it.
  7. If you are wondering why so many models and celebrities flocked to Saudi-Arabia for that photo op this weekend, supposedly some of the attendees got up to eight figures for their presence. 🤯
  8. I think Rian is a bit tired of Disney by now. The success of Knives Out also means that he doesn't really need Disney to do whatever he wants for his next movie. Though apparently Kathleen Kennedy is still very keen to get him back on board for that trilogy.
  9. LMAO! The right is in power almost everywhere, how can they be the counter culture?
  10. Rise of the Skywalker is garbage but it's garbage because Disney chose to listen to random dudes on the internet. No great art has ever been created by committee. Certainly not if the committee members are keyboard warriors. I thought none of the Disney Star Wars films were any good but this last one is bad specifically because the screenplay reads like it was created specifically to cater to the The Last Jedi backlash.
  11. I see they've included Batwoman in the criticism? I agree that the adaptation on the CW is not that great, but the character itself is old and not something that "SJWs" or any other leftist boogie men came up with. The original Batwoman dates back to the 1950s. The version they are using for the show dates back to 2006.
  12. The right is not edgy and cool.
  13. Yeah, that's how I feel about any individual or company who takes money from there. They can't claim with a straight face that they don't know exactly what is going on over there either. If Lorena lived there, she would not be allowed to do anything without her father or her husbands permission.
  14. So apparently Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford don't like the idea of their daughter dating Pete Davidson. Gee I wonder why, I'd thought any parents of an 18-year old daughter would love for their child to end up with a 26-year old who is mentally unstable and has a history of being a pussy hound.
  15. They did, but in a type of logic that only they could understand, they subsequently jailed a lot of the activists who campaigned for the right to drive. One of the activists still jailed and being tortured for it is this woman: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loujain_al-Hathloul
  16. A lot of money. I'm always disappointed when celebrities agree to go there. Especially female celebrities, if they are at all aware how women are treated in general over there. Did you know that many of the women who campaigned to earn the right to drive are still in prison over there?
  17. Honestly their real-life friendship is super-duper-cute.
  18. The wigs she's been using since she shaved her head are terrible.
  19. Love her smile in that snap!
  20. Is that her pupper?
