The Orville is a better Star Trek show than either Discovery or Picard.

But Star Wars is space opera. It has always been space opera, even under Lucas. Whilst "The Expanse" (which I consider to be the best sci-fi show on the air myself) is very much hard sci-fi. So it makes sense that no iteration of Star Wars looks or feels like "The Expanse". It's not suppose to.

There was a time when a male nipple was deemed just as offensive/taboo as a female nipple. This was changed by men choosing to go around topless and ignoring the backlash until the culture had changed along with them. I think a hundred years later, it's long overdue that the female nipple gets the same liberation.

He's getting a second term. For his base, the only thing that matter is that he is mean to the people they hate. As long as he keeps on doing that, they'll vote for him. He wasn't wrong when he said that he could shoot someone in the middle of Fifth Avenue and it wouldn't matter.
