For MONTHS i've had a plain black background. Boring right? Well heres why: One day my lil brother decideds to go into my room when I'm not in it, and bang on my keyboard. Ever since then, the icons on my desktop show up black instead of blending in with any background I choose. My computer cannot play a sound file smoothly. It skips and jerks, everytime it plays music files. It wasn't the speakers, as I already tried various speakers. It wasn't the CD-player, as I already burn all the songs into MP3 and saved it on the hard drive. So, what's the problem?

1. How can I "right-click and save-as" on links to videos? In IE, this is possible. Using Mozilla, I can only left-click to download videos. Certain videos, ie. QUicktime videos, cannot be downloaded and can only be played. 2. How do I retrieve certain videos from the cookies? 3. How do i switch between the different user profiles? hey guys sorry to bug but i need big help windows media player hasnt been working for me when i tried to watch something from the internet it says Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is on another computer, verify that you are connected to the network. If you typed a path, verify that it is correct. If the problem persists, the server might not be available. what this actually mean please help because i dont want to be downloading everything i used to be able to see it when i clicked it or how do i fixed the server please help thanx

what programs do you guys use to edit videos? right now im using snapstream beyond tv to get all the shows i missed but i would like to edit out the commercials to save space and eventually burn onto cd. another question is that what kind of encoding programs are out there so i can lower the size of the file yet keep the same quality? thanks!
