I don't know if there's a thread like this already,but anywho ... I want to have a place where Its a forum of just pictures, that have the power to do some harm to a girl ( I mean pictures that just devastate. So what do you guys prefer? I use Acqua di Gio by Giorgio Armani....it goes very well with my body chemistry...the girls love it. I use Burberry Brit....it has such an amazing sweet scent....im totally opposite of that scent but it also goes well with my body chemistry. I use Very Sexy 2 for him....its more like the Acqua di Gio in scent wise so it goes with my body chemistry. the change up i was talking about in the girls talk section is a good idea... mine is Burburry Brit. I used to use Emporio Armani...the black one not the white one....it was too sweet and didnt go with my body chemistry.

Hi guys, my goal for the summer is to obtain that male model type of body. I know its very hard to obtain that look and sustain it for a long period of time. I am 150 pounds and 6ft tall. I know I need to gain more weight but for some reason its hard because I eat a lot and still do not gain much. I have joined a gym recently but would like some help from you people. What kind of a daily exercising schedule to most male models follow? What are the food groups they eat and which are the food groups they avoid? How many servings of what kind of foods?
