I think because of her body shape this outfit isn't flattering on her. It makes her look boxy and it would be more appropriate on someone with an hourglass shape. Also, the shoulders could have been better constructed, and the skirt isn't a flattering shape and sitting way too low that it makes whoever wears it look chunkier than they are actually.
