Bella's panties are too small, you can see more than you need to, and for some reason she is one of the few who on photo has strech marks you can easily see. I am sure all models have them, but she was caught in bad angle I guess.

The color is definitely different

Thank you for posting those pictures, @Candylicious.! Wow, Elsa’s lips are really ugly now. In my mind, there is no question that she had her lips done. Look at how swollen the vermilion border is in the 2016 picture whereas the line is very clear in the 2014 picture. The top lip is especially telling:
