However, it is impossible to be vegan here in Argentina because A- meat everywhere and in everything and B- not enough organic/vegan places. I actually wouldn't do vegan dieting because I eat way too much cheese and drink a lot of things with lactose, but I've managed to cut red meats almost completely from my diet, I have a burger ocasionally and pepperoni and other stuff but probably less tan once a month.
