She doesn't look like a model at all to me, but maybe I'm just distracted by her lips cause....ew. The second girl is kinda ok. I like the background behind her better than I like her facial expessions/ appearance/ body though lol I'm just basing these opinions off those pictures. I have no idea who either of them are. As The Blast first reported, Heatherton was sued for $10 million by her former business partner Clare Bryne. Bryne claimed she was working on a sportswear line with Heatherton named RetroActive. She accused the model of wearing the line to several public events but months later abandoned the project without explanation. Bryne claimed she was promised 40% of the company and sued for $10 million she believed she would be paid. Heatherton counter-sued the woman, accusing her of ruining the planned sportswear line. She claimed she paid the stylist $25k to work on the line with her but she turned in “inadequate” samples and caused the line to be delayed. She said the whole situation got worse with Bryne tried to claim ownership in the company and demanded a percentage of the company. Heatherton sued demanding $25k she paid Bryne to develop the line. On July 18, Erin Heatherton’s lawyer filed docs pleading for the judge to allow her to drop her model client. Stephanie Adwar says the model hired her in November 2017 to represent her in this case. She was to be paid $575 per hour for work done. Adwar claims Heatherton owes her $1,437.50, plus additional money for other legal services. Despite numerous demands for payment, Heatherton has “failed and refused to pay.” Her lawyer claims the model does not answer her phone calls or respond to letters. Adriana and Lily could be out for what we know, no one knows what the hell is going with Behati and Candice just had a baby so the veterans are def out. I would understand her not paying her co-manager if the girl legitimately did not assist in the company start-up, but the lawyer portion seems to allude to Erin kind of scamming her way through this entire trial...
