There's this incredibly delicious little Puerto Rican place near me in Chicago and I usually just buy my rice from them instead of home cooking. (because lets be honest, I'll fuck it up) and then I just bake some chicken breast and veggies at home. So I'm just trying to throw some shit together and hope it tastes good. haha.

PR food is delicious as well as the other Caribbean Island cuisine. I miss living in a big city with all the different cuisine options. Maybe next year I'll move back.
